Root Removal

Roots can cause significant damage to the drainage network. Once the root has made its way into the drainage network it can lead to fractured pipes and blockages so it’s essential that roots are removed as soon as possible – Enviroflow are here to help

At Enviroflow we use a variety of techniques to cut and remove roots from the drainage network. Our experienced team will be able to assess the problem and provide a solution that removes the roots and prevents any further damage. Every root requires different treatment and our team will be able to advise.

For small root problems they can be simply removed with a drain rod with a variety of attachments which help remove the root. However, for larger roots we use high pressured water, alongside root cutting heads which cuts the root and leaves the drainage system root free.

Our root removal techniques are non invasive and prevent damage to the surrounding area which saves time and money.

Following the removal of the roots our team will inspect that pipe ensuring there has been no damage caused by the root. If the root caused damage, we may recommend non invasive repairs to the pipe, such as CIPP full length or patch relining which helps prevent any further root growth.
